All purchases made on Paiyu, including subscriptions and credits, are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Because our services provide immediate access to digital features and AI-powered tools, refunds are generally not granted after a subscription has begun.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are non refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were billed incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and determine whether a correction or refund is appropriate.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

One-Time Purchases or Credits

Failed Delivery: If a purchased feature or credit fails to appear in your account due to a system error, we will ensure the amount is added manually. Refunds may be issued only if we are unable to provide the purchased item.
